There's a wonderful old hay barn snuggled up against the edge of our property. Its skin is fairly new, but its bones are a century-old Amish beam structure that was disassembled, moved, and rebuilt on the site. What light there is inside has an odd quality to it in there, almost as if it were pressurized by the effort of squeezing through the cracks and parting the shadows.

I like the top one, but the details on the brightest tines blew out, which is discouraging. The bottom one is pretty noisy, and I should have cropped out the window and/or moved the stuff on the floor, but I like the lighting effect. I'll have to try that one again sometime.
By the way, I'm having problems with both Blogger's Save button and my computer, so please bear with my absences here and in your blogs, and in replying to your comments. I'll be around as soon as I can. Meanwhile...
